Maintenance Person – Part-Time at Lanark Lodge

In this role at Lanark Lodge, you will be responsible for daily maintenance operations in a 163-bed facility. Your qualifications including a diploma in building maintenance and proven experience will enable you to effectively read architectural schematics and perform necessary repairs. Key Responsibilities:

• Execute day-to-day facility maintenance tasks

• Interpret architectural and mechanical schematics accurately

• Manage computerized maintenance tracking systems

• Conduct regular inspections and repairs as required

Requirements:

• Completion of grade twelve and a two-year maintenance diploma

• At least two years of relevant maintenance experience

• Strong computer proficiency and experience with maintenance software

• Availability for on-call work when required
