Property Cleaning Attendant

As a Property Cleaning Attendant, your main focus is to maintain the cleanliness and overall appearance of our residential properties. You will help ensure our properties are clean, safe, well-maintained, and provide a positive living experience for our residents.

• Cleaning and maintaining common areas, including entrances, hallways, stairwells, elevators, and laundry rooms
• Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces as required
• Cleaning vacant units and assisting with preparing suites for new residents
• Maintaining the cleanliness of garbage and recycling areas
• Monitoring cleaning supplies and reporting when additional supplies are required
• Identifying and reporting maintenance, safety, or cleanliness concerns
• Assisting with cleaning exterior entrances and other property areas as required
• Following all applicable health and safety procedures while completing assigned duties
• and Completing other related duties within the scope of the role

• Previous experience in residential, commercial, or professional cleaning is considered an asset.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a high standard of cleanliness.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to manage assigned responsibilities.
• Must have a valid driver's licence.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule.
