As the Maintenance Team Leader - Static at BGIS, you will lead a dedicated team responsible for preventative and corrective maintenance in assigned facilities. Additionally, you'll perform maintenance tasks, contributing to building integrity and operational performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and monitor a team of Technicians
• Assign and prioritize maintenance tasks effectively
• Oversee routine and on-demand service requests
• Conduct facility inspections and equipment monitoring
• Maintain work order records within service management database
Requirements:
• High school diploma with trades certification
• Previous leadership experience in facility maintenance
• Strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical and electrical systems
• Availability for on-call emergencies
• Excellent communication skills in English
