• Minimum 3-5 years of metal fabrication experience within the sign industry.
• Strong ability to read and interpret drawings and fabrication designs.
• Proficient with tools, equipment, and machinery such as shear, roller, brake press.
• Some welding experience for tacking/fitting.
• Demonstrated leadership or lead-hand experience.
• Strong communication, organization, and decision‑making skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines while maintaining high quality.

• Lead and support the metal fabrication team in daily tasks and production goals.
• Fabricate sign components using industry‑standard equipment including shears, rollers, brake press, grinder and hand tools.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
• Ensure accuracy, quality, and consistency in all fabricated components.
• Coordinate workflow, delegate tasks, and monitor progress.
• Train and mentor junior fabricators, promote safe work practices.
• Assist with problem‑solving, improvements, and fabrication planning.
• Work closely with other supervisors and departments to meet deadlines.
• Maintain a clean, organized, safe work environment.
