With a commitment to continuous improvement, Trench Canada is looking for a seasoned welder with 5+ years of experience. In this on-site, full-time position, you will ensure the meticulous operation of equipment, uphold quality control measures, and maintain a high standard of safety in manufacturing processes. Your contributions will support sustainability in energy transmission.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate equipment and maintain safety protocols

• Monitor quality standards throughout production

• Conduct daily maintenance of welding tools

• Read and interpret product drawings accurately

• Assist in assembly tasks and material handling

Requirements:

• At least 5 years’ welding experience in manufacturing

• CWB certification in MIG welding or the equivalent

• Strong proficiency in aluminum welding

• Knowledge of measuring tools and materials

• Ability to lift up to 50lbs
