Key Responsibilities:

• Load materials efficiently into trucks and equipment

• Maintain overall cleanliness of the yard

• Conduct thorough daily and weekly inspections

• Promptly report issues affecting production

• Mentor backup operators as required

Requirements:

• Heavy equipment operator course completion preferred

• Experience with front-end loaders (John Deere 644K is an asset)

• High school diploma or GED

• Valid Class G driver’s license

• Strong communication abilities
