Compensation : $25.15 per hour
Position Summary  Loader Operators are responsible for the completion of the day‑to‑day activities at their assigned plant location, operating a front‑end loader in the yard to load trucks and production equipment on site, and performing various yard maintenance activities.
Responsibilities   Follow safe work procedures and act safely in the workplace.
Complete daily and weekly plant inspections.
Maintain cleanliness of plant and yard.
Load aggregate material into trucks, trailers, bays and production equipment.
Maintain an accurate plant inventory of aggregate material.
Communicate quickly to Supervisor any issues that will impact production.
Train backup operators as needed.
Requirements   Successful completion of a heavy equipment operator program from an accredited institution (asset).
Experience operating a front‑end loader (experience with a John Deere 644K or similar is an asset).
Completion of high school diploma or GED.
Valid Class G driver’s licence.
Good communication skills (interpersonal, verbal, written).
