Essential Functions

• Color matching, formulating colors.
• Mixing paint to proper ratios to make ready to spray for priming and painting.
• Troubleshooting of equipment.
• Daily / weekly maintenance of spray equipment.
• Weekly maintenance of spray booths (cleaning, changing filters).
• Practice safe handling of all painted products.
• Wear all appropriate gear required for mixing and painting (safety glasses, paint suit, gloves, respirators, or supplied fresh air systems).
• Follow all rules and regulations required for paint handling and storage.
• Ability to give directions to preppers in daily operations in loading and unloading the booths.

• Previous experience using a spray gun in an industrial setting.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks and handle heavy loads.
• Experience with hand tools and power tools.
• Read, write, and speak English.
• Self‑motivated.
• Works well in a team and independently.

• May be required to stand for long periods of time.
• May involve some repetitive motions.
• Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds.
• May also engage in frequent bending, stopping, squatting, pushing, and pulling of parts and part containers.

Hourly wage: $23-$25
