In this position at Pattison , you will utilize your spray painting skills while maintaining equipment and ensuring safety protocols. Responsibilities include color formulation, mixing, and troubleshooting spray equipment. You will also guide other team members regarding daily loading and unloading operations within the booths.

Key Responsibilities:

• Formulate and mix colors to prepare for painting

• Maintain and troubleshoot spray painting equipment

• Clean and change filters in spray booths weekly

• Safely manage paint products and materials

• Provide direction to preppers during operations

Requirements:

• Previous industrial spray gun experience

• Capacity to perform repetitive tasks

• Experience with both hand and power tools

• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English

• Strong self-motivation and team collaboration
