As a Finishing Operator, you will play a vital role in the packaging operations, ensuring adherence to quality requirements while sorting and preparing items for shipment. Your tasks will include tracking orders, assisting with machine setups, and maintaining packaging materials. With attractive compensation, including shift premiums, this role offers great value.
Key Responsibilities:
• Package and inspect finished goods for quality
• Keep work area stocked with necessary packaging supplies
• Track multiple orders and coordinate effectively
• Perform 5S duties and uphold cleanliness
• Participate in equipment maintenance as directed
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent is required
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds consistently
• Capability to work in a team environment
• Must obtain a Lift Truck Operator’s license
• Open to overtime and short-notice requests
