Assembly Technician at Kubota

Join the Whole goods Assembly team at Kubota Canada in Pickering, ON as an Assembly Technician. You'll focus on assembling Tractor Loader Backhoe units accurately and meeting Kubota's high-quality standards.

This role includes responsibilities such as Pre-Delivery Inspections and supporting various warehouse initiatives. The ideal candidate will ensure timely assembly of equipment to specifications while maintaining a commitment to quality workmanship. You'll collaborate closely with the Quality Assurance team and other internal departments to resolve assembly issues and ensure all tasks align with dealer requests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble Tractor Loader Backhoe units and National Account equipment

• Complete Pre-Delivery Inspections and kit building

• Repair damaged tractors and implements as needed

• Coordinate with Operations and Quality Control teams

• Ensure timely completion of dealer orders to quality standards

Requirements:

• Safety and mechanical knowledge required

• Experience in Heavy Equipment or Agriculture preferred

• Attention to detail and quality workmanship

• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment

• Basic computer skills considered an asset
