Position: Part-Time RPN Role at Orchard Villa LTC
Be part of Orchard Villa LTC in Pickering, ON, as a part-time Registered Practical Nurse. Contribute to resident well-being by administering care, monitoring health, and participating in nursing activities.

As a Registered Practical Nurse, you will play an essential role in supporting the long-term care home through health assessments and treatment administration. Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure compliance with nursing standards, while also supervising and training nursing staff to maintain high-quality resident care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Observe and report vital signs and health conditions

• Assess individual needs and manage care plan implementation

• Organize care functions and provide restorative services

• Supervise assigned nursing staff and evaluate their performance

• Train new staff and contribute to ongoing education

Requirements:

• Valid certificate of competence from College of Nurses of Ontario

• Registration with Registered Practical Nurses Association recommended

• Current First Aid and BLS certifications

• Knowledge of nursing and infection control practices

• Strong communication skills and commitment to senior care
