Community Health Services Manager; RN/RPN
Care Partners is seeking a Personal Support Manager to coordinate and supervise Community Health Services across Ontario, with travel to Elliot Lake. This full-time role includes on-site work with on-call rotations in the evenings and weekends.
The position requires an RN or RPN and CNO registration, 3–5 years of leadership in community health, strong English communication, and reliable computer skills. A vehicle and CPR certification are assets offered within a supportive team.
