Key Responsibilities:
• Assist patients in the 2E unit across varying acuities
• Deliver medications and provide IV therapy competently
• Ensure effective communication among multidisciplinary teams
• Build strong relationships with patients and families
• Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities
Requirements:
• Current Registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Certification in BLS and IV Therapy for RPNs
• Competence in Blood Glucose Monitoring
• Evidence of ongoing professional development
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
