As a strategic leader, you will oversee regulatory affairs, product registrations, and compliance throughout the product lifecycle. This position demands expertise in medical devices, natural health products, and pharmaceuticals while managing global regulatory processes. You will drive market access initiatives, ensuring alignment with Health Canada, FDA, and other international standards to support the company's growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead regulatory submissions and lifecycle management activities
• Develop and execute market access and commercialization strategies
• Serve as primary regulatory liaison with global authorities
• Conduct regulatory pathway assessments and market-entry analyses
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for product launches
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a related scientific discipline
• 10+ years of Regulatory Affairs experience
• Demonstrated success in obtaining product registrations
• Strong knowledge of global regulatory frameworks
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
