Quality Coordinator

Your role, your impact
Your role as a detail-oriented Quality Coordinator involves assisting the Quality Manager in implementing the organization's quality management strategies. You will provide quality support from planning through completion of processes.

• Initiate, recommend, or provide solutions to quality issues
• Identify and record quality problems
• Analyze statistical data as required
• Assist in quality internal audits
• Resolve any issues and discrepancies
• Work cross‑functionally with internal business units and coordinate with external clients
• Comply with the company’s rules and regulations
• Coordinate quality training sessions as required
• Maintain quality records
• Document quality control policies
• Implement quality improvement strategies

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, computer science, mathematics, or a related field
• Proven work experience as a Quality Coordinator, Quality Assurance, or a similar role in consulting services
• Proficiency interpreting statistics and research data
• Proficiency in Excel, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Jira, Microsoft Forms, Power Automate
• In‑depth knowledge of the quality process and Quality Management Systems
• Strong understanding of ISO 9001:2015
• Attention to detail, strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to make last‑minute decisions effectively
• ASQC certification (preferred)
• Advanced English proficiency
