Nuclear Quality Control Inspector

Position: Nuclear Quality Control Inspector Role
Become a pivotal player in quality assurance at Can Atom, working as a Nuclear Quality Control Inspector in the refurbishment of the Pickering Nuclear Generating Station. This position requires specialized inspections and safety compliance.

As part of the Can Atom team, you will focus on executing necessary quality inspections and supporting compliance with project specifications under the Aecon Quality Program. You will be instrumental in ensuring safety and quality, performing on-site evaluations, and maintaining records of inspections to ensure the highest standards are met throughout the RF  project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed inspections as per standards

• Manage document history and inspection records

• Ensure compliance with quality assurance protocols

• Collaborate with construction teams on quality aspects

• Perform inspections in challenging environments

Requirements:

• Established knowledge in nuclear safety and quality

• Strong interpersonal communication skills

• Familiarity with QA/QC disciplines preferred

• CSA W178 Level 2 certification is advantageous

• Capable of working under varying conditions
