Quality Control Supervisor

Elevate your career as a Quality Control Supervisor with Black & McDonald in Pickering. This role focuses on overseeing quality standards and leading QC Inspectors in a nuclear industry setting.

In this position, you will report directly to the Quality Control Manager. Your key responsibilities include implementing the Quality Program, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and coordinating Project QC activities. This role is crucial in maintaining the highest levels of safety and quality at designated Client Sites while mentoring your team of inspectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement the Quality Program and supervision of QC Inspectors

• Prepare and author Inspection and Test Plans

• Conduct inspections and verify non-conformance controls

• Liaise with regulatory authorities and outside organizations

• Coordinate project QC activities with subcontractors

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years' experience in construction trades

• At least 5 years QA/QC experience in the nuclear industry

• Knowledge of nuclear codes including ASME and ISO standards

• Strong leadership capabilities for team development

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant technologies
