Bird Construction is seeking a Quality Control Inspector to work with the construction execution team. This role demands expertise in electrical inspections and quality assurance within regulated environments. Your responsibilities include overseeing compliance with codes and conducting thorough inspections to ensure high standards are met.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop inspection test plans
• Perform electrical inspections and document findings
• Conduct electrical testing and verification activities
• Review drawings, specifications, and inspection records
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for quality assurance
Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Minimum five years in electrical inspection roles
• Knowledge of Canadian Electrical Code and OBC
• Strong interpretation skills for technical documents
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality management systems
