We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Alterations & Customer Service Associate to join our team in a fun and fast-paced environment. Advanced English is essential for this role.

We are seeking an individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and creating a positive in-store experience. This role requires strong communication skills in English, confidence in interacting with customers, and the ability to understand their needs and provide professional recommendations.

Experience in garment alterations or sewing is an asset; however, strong customer service skills and advanced English proficiency are key to success in this position. You will ensure every client feels welcomed, understood, and confident in their clothing.

• Provide outstanding customer service in English at all times
• Assist customers with fittings and explain alteration options clearly
• Build trust and long-term customer relationships
• Support sewing production while maintaining company quality standards
• Contribute to a positive and team-oriented environment
