Customer Service Representative at Retail Store

In this part-time role located in Pickering, Ontario, the Customer Service Associate is crucial to creating a positive shopping atmosphere. You will assist customers with inquiries and ensure cash register transactions are efficient. This position also requires maintaining the store's cleanliness and organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide assistance and recommendations to customers

• Handle all cash transactions securely

• Ensure security of cash and protect store assets

• Stock merchandise and assist with truck unloading

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• Previous experience in customer service highly preferred

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs when necessary
