In this role, you’ll partner with the Department Manager to drive service and store operations. Your hands-on coaching will foster a high-performing team capable of providing outstanding care. You’ll help manage inventory, support staff development, and ensure all safety protocols are followed for a premier shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging customer service in the produce department

• Execute strategies and achieve performance goals with the Department Manager

• Support team training and motivation through regular huddles

• Ensure cleanliness, accurate merchandising, and satisfied customers

• Provide administrative support, including inventory management and payroll

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in retail

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Ability to manage competing priorities effectively

• Comfort with manual and automated systems

• Flexibility for varied schedules including nights and weekends
