In the role of Retail Experience Lead, you will be responsible for both opening and closing duties of the retail store. This leadership role demands a strong understanding of retail sales and methods, while providing education and motivation to your team. Your efforts will foster relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met accurately and promptly.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle store opening and closing tasks efficiently
• Foster an atmosphere of exceptional customer service
• Train and onboard new team members effectively
• Manage customer complaints and issues professionally
• Promote sales strategies to meet targets
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of retail industry experience
• GED or high school diploma required
• Excellent troubleshooting and organizational skills
• Clear criminal record necessary
• Must have Provincial Cannabis Certification
