This management position offers a unique opportunity to work closely with the Store Manager and Manager in Training, ensuring the store meets its sales goals. You'll also be responsible for fostering an inclusive atmosphere while enforcing store policies and training new recruits. Your leadership will play a key role in achieving business success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit top-quality retail staff for the store

• Train and manage a high-performing sales team

• Oversee daily operations in absence of the manager

• Resolve customer issues and enforce company policies

• Execute company initiatives effectively

Requirements:

• Retail management experience is preferred

• 6-12 months of retail sales experience

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills

• Availability to work nights and weekends

• Must be 18 years or older
