Spirit Halloween

• Oversee and manage total operation of the store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability.
• Establish and maintain guest services.
• Control expenses.
• Manage shrink, merchandising, inventory control, staffing.
• Setup, pack‑up and teardown of a seasonal store.

• Minimum age 21.
• Flexible schedule required.
• Prior retail management experience required.
• Physical demands: 8+ hours standing/walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, lifting/moving up to 50 pounds.

The store you have selected is a Spirit Halloween Consignment Store. While you will be working with Spirit Halloween merchandise Spirit Halloween will not be your employer. Your employer will be the independent owner and operator, who shall have sole responsibility for your employment. Spirit Halloween shall have no obligation or responsibility to you regarding your employment by the consignment operator.

The application you are about to complete will be routed to our consignment operator for their consideration. If hired, the consignment operator shall be solely responsible to you for your employment benefits and wages. You will be required to follow the employment and operating policies and procedures as established by the consignment operator.
