As a Sales Assistant, you will be the heart of the bakery, delivering smiles with every transaction. COBS Bread seeks enthusiastic individuals who enjoy customer interaction and are eager to learn. Even without prior experience, your positive attitude and team spirit will shine during closing shifts, where you'll learn the care and maintenance of the bakery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional customer service and engage shoppers
• Maintain a clean and inviting bakery environment
• Assist customers in selecting their favorite baked products
• Collaborate with team members on service initiatives
• Participate in bread and pastry production during quieter times
Requirements:
• Friendly demeanor and eagerness to learn
• Self-motivated attitude for tackling tasks
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods
• Comfortable lifting bakery products up to 22 kg
• Experience in retail or food service is a plus
