In this engaging role, you will be responsible for ensuring high standards of customer service and accurately processing transactions through the electronic cash register. Be prepared to handle dynamic tasks, including maintaining planograms and following up on hot sellers while adapting to various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide excellent customer service at all times
• Accurately process transactions in cash registers
• Replenish merchandise around the checkout area
• Maintain signage and markdowns for planograms
• Ensure compliance with health and safety policies
Requirements:
• Strong customer service skills required
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Attention to detail in all tasks
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle lifting of up to 18 kg
