As a Merchandising Associate, you will report to the Operations Manager while utilizing your team spirit and customer-focused attitude in daily operations. This role encompasses heavy lifting, product organization, and collaborating with both customers and staff. Your commitment to maintaining an organized workspace will directly contribute to store success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Move and lift products efficiently as needed
• Attach price tags and promotions to displays
• Unload trailers and organize stock in the warehouse
• Assist customers and staff with product inquiries
• Maintain inventory accuracy and cleanliness of the warehouse
Requirements:
• Ability to lift/move heavy objects up to 75 lbs
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings
• Basic computer skills for inventory management
• Team-oriented yet capable of working independently
• Strong organization skills for efficient stock management
