Engage with customers and manage merchandise at Fleet Farm as a Yard Team Member. This physically active position focuses on customer assistance and maintaining yard presentation.
As a key member of the yard team at Fleet Farm, you will greet customers, manage product placements, and ensure safety in loading merchandise.
Your role will involve maintaining inventory accuracy, promoting seasonal items, and upholding the company's presentation standards to enhance the customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist customers in the yard area
• Ensure merchandise is well presented and secure
• Maintain accurate backroom locator in the yard
• Load merchandise into customer vehicles safely
• Promote Fleet Farm’s customer loyalty programs
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
• Certification to operate forklift equipment
• Capacity to lift up to 50 lbs
• Willingness to work in a variable warehouse environment
