As a Senior Duty Security Officer, you will play a critical role in maintaining safety and security on-site. This position operates on a continental rotation, ensuring a balanced work-life. Following 88 hours, overtime is averaged per agreement, enhancing compensation opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor security operations and respond to incidents
• Conduct routine checks of premises to ensure safety
• Engage with staff and the public to support security
• Document incidents and prepare reports
• Ensure protocols are followed during all shifts
Requirements:
• Proven experience in a security role
• Strong observational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work varied shifts
• Capacity to handle emergency situations
• Commitment to maintaining a secure environment
