Garda World is seeking both part-time and full-time Loss Prevention Officers to join their team across Sudbury, Oshawa, and Toronto. This position involves monitoring customers for potential shoplifting and fraud, along with conducting apprehensions and writing detailed reports. Evening and weekend availability is required to fit the dynamic nature of the role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Patrol sales floor to monitor for theft and fraud

• Ensure all merchandise leaving the store is paid

• Intervene and apprehend those attempting theft

• Write daily reports and document incidents

• Testify in court as needed

Requirements:

• Valid Security Guard License required

• Minimum one year loss prevention experience

• Availability for part-time shifts, evenings included

• Strong observation skills and autonomy

• Ability to react swiftly in emergencies
