BGIS Sustainable Cleaning Solutions seeks a proactive Healthcare Security Guard for full-time shifts. Conduct security patrols, manage incidents, and ensure patient safety in all conditions.
Join our team to provide essential security services while monitoring patients and resolving conflicts calmly. As a Healthcare Security Guard, you will perform interior and exterior patrols in any weather, ensuring compliance with protocols and policies.
Your role also emphasizes training and development to enhance your skills in conflict management and de-escalation techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct proactive and reactive security patrols extensively
• Monitor and supervise patients effectively
• Respond calmly to security incidents and emergencies
• Investigate incidents and document reports accurately
• Enforce site policies and procedures as required
Requirements:
• Legally authorized to work in Canada
• Valid First Aid & CPR Level C Certificate
• Proven ability to be clean-shaven for N95 Mask Fit Test
• Completion of COVID-19 vaccination
• Clear Vulnerable Sector Check during onboarding
