• Install, assemble, and set up products, equipment, or materials according to specifications and safety standards.
• Read and interpret work orders, technical drawings, and installation instructions.
• Ensure all installations are completed accurately, efficiently, and on schedule.
• Inspect finished work to confirm it meets quality and safety requirements.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and equipment safely and properly.
• Troubleshoot issues during installation and report any problems or defects.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Communicate with supervisors, team members, and customers as needed.
• Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and regulatory requirements.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience as an installer, assembler, or in a related hands‑on role (an asset but not always required).
• Ability to read and interpret work orders, diagrams, or technical instructions.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving skills.
• Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and installation equipment.
• Good physical stamina; able to lift, carry, and stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license.
