• Minimum 5 years of progressively hand-on software development experience
• At least 2 years of experience in a senior technical development capacity leading analysis, design and implementation activities
• Strong understanding of computer science fundamentals, including:
  • Data structures and algorithms
  • Object-oriented design principles
  • Programming patterns and software design patterns
• Experience applying software engineering best practices, including:
  • CI/CD pipelines
  • Automated testing
  • Source control management
  • Technical documentation
• Hands on experience implementing complex business processes using, Flowable BPM Platform (work, design, control, and Flowable Forms, including: BPMN / CMMN / DMN Standards

Experience working with one or more of the following:

• Java and Python
• PostgreSQL
• AWS technologies including Lambda Functions
• Elastic Search
• Kubernetes Java Script , React and Type Script
• HTML and CSS
• RESTful APIs
• Messaging and integration technologies

• Demonstrated experience translating business requirements into effective technical solutions
• Ability to evaluate options and recommend cost-effective, scalable approaches
• Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences

• Certification earned or in progress in the above technologies

As a Senior Systems Developer, you'll play a key role in the design, development and support of enterprise applications while helping shape technical direction and best practices.

• Lead the analysis and design of information systems solutions that address business needs
• Provide technical leadership throughout the software development lifecycle
• Design and develop scalable, secure and maintainable solutions
• Create prototypes and proof-of-concepts to validate technology approaches and architectural decisions
• Ensure solutions meet performance, scalability and extensibility requirements
• Lead investigations and troubleshooting efforts for complex production issues
• Support deployments of new systems, enhancements and integrations
