As a summer student with Miller Maintenance, you will support full‑time crews on provincial highways for the Ministry of Transportation. Your days will include a variety of tasks such as traffic control, vegetation maintenance, guardrail repair, pothole patching, litter removal, and installing signs, ensuring the safety and smooth operation of the highways.

• G2/G Driver’s License required
• Enthusiasm for outdoor work, physical activity, and varied daily challenges

• Assist in traffic control for highway accidents.
• Cut grass and perform weed whipping behind guide rails.
• Inspect culverts and install highway signs.
• Repair guardrails to keep motorists safe.
• Patch potholes on the driving surface.
• Collect litter and maintain highway cleanliness.
• Support full‑time crews in all maintenance activities.
