Candu is offering internships that last between 4 to 12 months, ideal for college or university students who identify as Indigenous Canadians. With up to five positions available for various terms including Spring, Summer, Fall, and Winter, this placement allows interns to develop essential skills. Interns will work 37.5 hours a week in a hybrid environment, split between in-office and remote.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate in Candu's Port Elgin, Mississauga, or Pickering offices
• Participate in major project initiatives during the internship
• Engage in mentorship provided by OG7
GES monthly
• Adapt to changing priorities while managing multiple tasks
• Develop communication skills with strong written and verbal tasks
Requirements:
• Currently enrolled in a college or university program
• Indigenous Canadian identity is a must
• Proficient in MS Office suite applications
• Strong multitasking abilities and adaptability required
• Must pass Candu security clearance for employment
