Drive for the premiere ready‑mix provider. This is more than a driving job; it’s a career with Amrize Canada Inc. You will be a Class AZ or DZ driver, responsible for the safe and timely delivery of concrete to various job sites throughout Arthur, Ontario and surrounding areas.

• Safely transport and deliver ready‑mix concrete to iconic infrastructure and residential projects.
• Operate late‑model, well‑maintained Class AZ or DZ trucks (mainly automatic transmission) and perform meticulous pre/post‑trip inspections.
• Act as a professional brand ambassador on‑site, fostering strong relationships with our diverse customer base.
• Champion a “Zero Harm” culture by adhering to strict health, safety, and environmental policies.
• Take advantage of internal promotion opportunities and professional development within our global network.
• Perform daily inspections of assigned ready‑mix trucks and document findings.
• Load and unload concrete according to strict safety procedures and customer mix specifications.
• Maintain digital/manual delivery logs and complete all necessary project paperwork.
• Promote a culture of safety and exhibit these behaviours in all work environments.

• Licensing: Valid Class AZ or DZ Driver’s License with an Air Brake (Z) endorsement.
• Technical Skill: Proven experience operating manual transmissions.
• Experience: Previous experience in construction delivery or heavy vehicle operation is an asset; training is provided for those new to the industry.
• Reliability: A clean driving record (CVOR/Abstract) and a rock‑solid commitment to safety.
• Physical Readiness: Ability to handle the physical demands of the role, including climbing truck ladders and lifting chutes (up to 50 pounds).
• Flexibility: Availability for Monday to Friday shifts, with Saturdays and evenings as required.
• Additional Requirements: Meets vision, auditory and depth‑perception standards; comfortable working in various outdoor weather conditions and near moving mechanical parts.
• Must use approved Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including respirators; clean shaven where respirator seal meets the face.
