As a Dispatcher II based in Pickering, Ontario, you will manage both emergency and non-emergency communication while optimizing drivers' schedules. With a commitment to compassionate service, you will ensure high-quality customer support and performance improvement across transportation logistics.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage emergency/non-emergency calls effectively
• Monitor driver routes and vehicle status
• Connect with drivers to convey important information
• Maintain comprehensive logs of all communication
• Collaborate with departments for efficient operations
Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED required
• 1-3 years dispatching experience preferred
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Proficient with computer software applications
• Willingness to work 40 hours between 9:30am-6:00pm
