Job OverviewWe are seeking experienced and safety-conscious DZ Drivers to operate Rear Pack garbage trucks for waste collection operations in Pickering. Candidates must have direct Rear Pack driving experience and be comfortable working night shifts.
ResponsibilitiesOperate a Rear Pack garbage truck safely and efficiently.
Follow assigned routes and complete waste collection on schedule.
Collect residential and commercial waste as required.
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
Report vehicle issues and maintain accurate records.
Follow all traffic laws, safety procedures, and company policies.
Valid Ontario DZ driver's licence.
Minimum 1 year of direct Rear Pack truck driving experience.
Clean driver's abstract and CVOR.
Availability to work night shifts, including 6:00 PM–6:00 AM.
Knowledge of waste collection procedures and safety practices.
Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious.
Ability to perform physically demanding duties when required.
