About the Role:
Reporting to a Senior Financial Analyst, this position plays a key role in supporting month‑end reporting, budgeting cycles, revenue analysis, and operational decision‑making. The role is approximately 50% accounting and 50% financial analysis, offering a balanced mix of technical reporting work and forward‑looking insights.

What You’ll Do:
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting cycles, including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and revenue/price‑volume analytics to support business planning.
- Analyze sales trends, pricing updates, commodity impacts, and margin drivers.
- Prepare operational and executive‑level reporting packages.
- Partner with cross‑functional teams across operations, commercial, and finance to ensure accurate financial data and actionable insights.
- Contribute to process improvements, internal controls, and system enhancements as the business scales.
What You Bring:
- CPA designation (or final stages) strongly preferred.
- 3–6 years of experience in form or industry.
- Strong technical accounting foundation with exposure to financial reporting.
- Analytical mindset with experience in budgeting, forecasting, or revenue/margin analysis.
- Advanced Excel skills and comfort working with ERP systems.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to raise issues early and collaborate effectively.
- A proactive, growth‑oriented approach — someone who takes ownership and wants to learn.
