• Create and develop fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow teachers.
• Promote social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children.
• Lead classroom management and curriculum implementation; be expert on licensing guidelines and company standards.

• At least 18 years old.
• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Meeting state education requirements and childcare center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage children in physical activity.
