Job Summary
Vineyard Columbus is seeking a passionate and organized Student Coordinator to lead our student ministry at the Pickerington Campus. This role is responsible for engaging students in grades 6-12 through weekly programming, small groups, special events, outreach efforts, and spiritual formation opportunities. The ideal candidate will be a committed follower of Jesus with experience in student ministry and a heart for discipleship, team leadership, and event coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Sunday Night student gatherings and Middle School ministry classes
• Recruit, train, and support volunteer leaders and small group facilitators
• Plan and execute camps, retreats, and special student-focused events
• Develop and mentor a student worship team in collaboration with campus staff
• Support student outreach, evangelism, and short-term mission efforts
• Manage program logistics, budgets, and administrative tasks
• Collaborate with other Vineyard Columbus campuses and ministry teams

• Active Christian faith with a strong commitment to student discipleship
• Demonstrated leadership experience in youth or student ministry
• Strong communication, organizational, and volunteer leadership skills
• Comfortable working evenings/weekends and managing multiple responsibilities
• Experience with Planning Center or similar church tools is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in student ministry
