About the Role:

The Learning Experience #470 in Pickerington, OH is looking for a passionate and experienced Full-Time Childcare Teacher to join our growing team! Responsibilities:

Plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum and daily lesson plans aligned with early childhood education standards

Create a safe, engaging, and stimulating classroom environment for children

Monitor and support the social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development of each child

Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding child progress and daily activities

Maintain accurate classroom records, developmental assessments, and attendance logs

Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive and positive learning experience

Ensure classroom safety and adhere to all licensing, health, and sanitation guidelines

Requirements:

Previous experience in a licensed childcare, preschool, or early childhood education setting required

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred

Knowledge of child development principles and age-appropriate teaching strategies

Current or ability to obtain CPR and First Aid certification

Strong communication, patience, and interpersonal skills

Ability to pass a background check in accordance with Ohio childcare licensing requirements

Energetic, nurturing, and team-oriented attitude
