Job Overview

Patient Dining Associate – Part Time s role provides care services by helping patients order, assemble, deliver, and pick up meal trays while maintaining patient safety and satisfaction.

• Assist patients with meal orders and assemble meal trays accurately.
• Deliver meal trays to patients on time, ensuring proper temperature and presentation.
• Communicate clearly with dietitians, nurses, and staff regarding dietary orders.
• Interact professionally with patients, visitors, and associates to exceed service standards.
• Clean and restock work stations, kitchen areas, and pods as needed.
• Enter preferences, print reports, and maintain diet order change sheets using hospital software.
• Prepare and deliver nursing feeds, floor stocks, and late trays, recording temperature of unit refrigerators.
• Support other department areas as required.

• No degree or diploma required.
• Minimum 6 months of relevant experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to handle schedule variability and work part‑time hours.
