Supply House is seeking an Employee Relations Specialist to join our Fulfillment Human Resources Team in Columbus, OH on-site. You will support core HR functions, employee relations, onboarding, and engagement, reporting to the HR Manager.
Ideal candidates have 3+ years in HR, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and strong organizational and communication skills. This role requires being onsite at our fulfillment center and working Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. ET.
