Med Vet’s Emergency Clinician Mentorship Program (ECMP) offers immersive, one-on-one training to launch your emergency veterinary career. You’ll engage in mentored ER work with specialty rotations and didactics, preparing you to assume a full Emergency Clinician role within a multi-specialty network.
The program provides a paid salary from day one, loan repayment up to $25,000, health/dental/vision coverage, 401k with 3% match, and parental leave, with ongoing career development.
