• Managers lead shifts weekly, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience.
• A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers during a shift, ensuring quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Plan each shift, monitor performance, take action to meet standards, and monitor safety and profitability.
• Communicate with the next Shift Manager to prepare them for a great shift.
• Meet targets during shifts and help assigned departments achieve their goals.

• Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
• Positive team player with flexibility and a passion for working in a fast‑paced environment.
• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in a corporate‑owned restaurant.
