Responsible for executing in-store merchandising strategies across multiple retail locations. You will assess current product placement, optimize shelf and display layouts, and ensure alignment with planograms to improve product visibility and support sales performance.
Key Duties- Evaluate and adjust product placement to match planograms and desired merchandising standards
- Use data analytics to identify opportunities to enhance visibility and sales impact
- Collaborate with store managers and internal teams to deliver consistent retail execution
- Ensure retail environments reflect premium presentation and brand expectations
- Maintain attention to detail in layout accuracy, product positioning, and merchandising execution
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow planograms accurately
- Comfort working with merchandising data to make placement improvements
- Effective communication and teamwork skills with store and internal stakeholders
- Ability to assess in-store conditions and implement practical merchandising changes
