Solero Columbus is looking for a dependable, skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing facility equipment, machinery, building systems, and other operational assets to help ensure a safe, reliable, and productive work environment.
ResponsibilitiesPerform preventive and corrective maintenance on machinery, equipment, and facility systems.
Diagnose problems and complete repairs efficiently to minimize equipment downtime.
Perform routine inspections and identify potential maintenance or safety concerns.
Assist with installation, adjustment, and modification of equipment and machinery.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, parts, and equipment condition.
Respond to maintenance requests and prioritize work based on safety and operational needs.
Work with production and other departments to address equipment issues and improve reliability.
Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and organized condition.
Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and applicable OSHA requirements.
Assist with facility maintenance, including basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, lighting, doors, and other building-related repairs as needed.
Support continuous improvement efforts to improve equipment reliability, efficiency, and safety.
Perform other maintenance-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications Why You'll Love It Here:High school diploma or GED required.
Must be 21 or older
Previous experience as maintenance technician required
Basic troubleshooting skills.
