In this hands-on role, you’ll complete maintenance requests, troubleshoot repairs, and support the overall upkeep of the community.  This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working independently, and being part of a supportive team environment.## Qualifications
** What You’ll Do
*** Complete service requests including:  + Plumbing  + Electrical  + HVAC  + Appliance repairs
* Perform property inspections and identify maintenance needs
* Assist with apartment turns and unit preparation
* Maintain organized tools, equipment, and work areas
* Follow safety procedures and company standards
* Provide excellent customer service to residents
** What We’re Looking For
*** 2+ years of maintenance, construction, hospitality, or skilled trades experience
* EPA I & II and CPO certifications preferred
* Strong customer service and communication skills
* Valid driver’s license required
* Ability to lift:  + Up to 45 lbs regularly  + Up to 80 lbs occasionally
* Ability to attend company-paid out-of-state training within first 2 weeks of employment
